Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon signing. Rent is $2,350.00 per month. Also due up front is a non-refundable cleaning fee $475.00 and a non-refundable general new tenant admin fee $50.00. Water, sewer and trash stay in owners name and tenant pays additional $75 per month flat fee to cover this.
